assistance for Africa
We think that is the very priority for everyone to help humans
in emergency situations, especially children, and to give them in
seemingly hopeless situations a chance for a better future. Everyone
living a secure life and in good fortune should feel bound to help
the poorest.
Many people are afraid to put money into unknown hands. They distrust
to the sense and the seriousness of big relief organisations and
ask the entitled question: Does my support really come where it
is needed ? We are a private initiative, which commits itself to
invest 100% of the donations into the projects in Africa.. From
our view, it does not make sense to build up administrative structures
in Germany and in the needy countries because they consume a substantial
part of the money.
In our view, it also does not make sense to spend much money on
few needy persons. They would lead a more comfortable life than
their fellow human beings and they would become alienated from their
neighbours, they would suffer from the envy of their neighbours
who do not receive support.
We want to offer our assistance in such a way that many children
and their families will profit from it to build a better future.
We organize the assistance by involving the local population. We
hope that this example will spread more commitment across the whole
population.
Assistance to create self-assistance.
Therefore we currently concentrate our activities in building
schools in Africa to increase the elementary education.
