Medical Assistance for the people

The working situation of physicians in Conakry is usually catastrophic. A general practitioner owns often only a Stetoskop and his good will. Humans mostly have no money to consult a physician or to pay for medicines and a health insurance system does not exist. Availability of money decides often directly about survival or early death.

Therefore we have in the meantime also planned medical assistance. Our initial member Frank Chludek, a former Pharmareferent, started an unparalleled action to collect medicines by physicians in our region.

We were very pleased about the readiness to help of more than 25 practitioners in our region. They are now regularly involved in the collection activities of Frank.
